Abstract
During the last Argentine dictatorship political, economic and social limits existed to the intentions in educative matter of the block in the power. The intention of this article is to present examples in that direction from the analysis of the implemented educative policy during the first year of the self-appointed “Process of National Reorganization”. We will study the managements of the rear admiral César Guzzetti and professor Ricardo Bruera.We will take care of the relation between proposed objectives and results. Also, we will focus in the contradictions and limits of each of them
